Chip Roy’s bill mirrors the McCarren Walter act of 1952.
The McCarren Warner act prohibited foreign governments from being advocated in the US. It allowed the federal government to deport anybody , even born citizens , for taking part in activities promoting any foreign government ideals, specifically communism.
The McCarren Warner act was repealed by the 101st congress in 1990. The democrats insisted it was racist. Members of that congress were John McCain, Joe Biden, Al Gore, John Kerry, Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi.
George Bush sr quietly signed that repeal.
Most of the conflict was actually over muslims infesting our government.
Yet over the next decade George Bush sr, Bill Clinton, and George Bush jr had dozens of opportunities to take out Osama Binladin for attacking the twin towers in 1990, but none of those three presidents would capitalize on those opportunities. Thus letting Osama Binladin proceed with 911 and killing over 3000 US civilians and completely destroying the Twin Towers.
Then just a few years later George Bush jr declared Islam was a religion of peace.
So doesn’t all that point towards all three of those presidents being complicit with infesting the US with islamic terrorism?
In my opinion all three of those presidents are traitors and so is Obama and Biden for deliberately opening our borders to any and all terrorists from all over the world.
If the McCarren Walter act was still in effect, Mamdany, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlab, Pramala Jayapal, and any other muslims practicing Islam or communist like AOC and Berney Sanders would have ever been allowed to hold their official positions. And they would have all been deported for essentially insurrection.
So yes, Chip Roy’s bill would be a good law to pass, but all we really need to do is reinstate the McCarren Walter Act of 1952.
The US needs to crack down on communism and islam/sharia law. It all needs to be eradicated from the US and anybody practicing or preaching it needs to be deported or imprisoned.
Islam/sharia law, and communism should not be allowed anywhere in the western hemisphere .
US taxpayers should not have to pay to keep any of these invaders alive in our prisons.
If they refuse to get out of the US, they should be executed.
A person from the US can’t go to China or Iran and preach democracy or capitalism. Those two countries would kill you for it.
It should be the same in the US for preaching communism or Islam/sharia law.
