It was announced Wednesday by the Biden administration they’re postponing the regulation requiring private companies to vaccinate or do COVID-19 tests on their employees because of ongoing litigation.
The Daily Wire was the first entity to file a challenge against the regulation with the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. The ruling was upheld. The court was then selected through a lottery process to centralize and monitor the various legal challenges against the regulation.
According to the court, OSHA shall make no efforts to implement or enforce the ETS, until further judicial direction.
Even while OSHA is confident in its ability to safeguard employees in an emergency, the agency stopped operations relating to the adoption and compliance of the ETS until the outcome of the ongoing dispute.

The Daily Wire’s Petition
To encourage the Daily Wire in its legal struggle against the Biden presidency, the conservative publication has started a petition, which anybody may sign to show their support.
Over the weekend, the petition received more than half a million signatures, and the number is continuing to increase.
The Daily Wire is represented by the Dhillon Law Group and the Alliance Defending Freedom in this lawsuit.
They launched their legal challenge against the Biden administration on November 4, only hours after the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued 500 pages of rules and standards outlining the new COVID guidelines.
According to the guidelines, all businesses with 100 or more employees were required to force their employees to either get vaccinated or agree to regular COVID-19 testing.
Per the ruling, companies might be fined up to about $14,000 for each significant breach and up to almost $140,000 for a willful violation, according to the ruling.

When President Biden issued his dictatorial vaccination mandate, Daily Wire Co-Founder and Co-CEO Jeremy Boreing stated the Daily Wire would not cooperate with the requirement.
He added the Daily Wire would sue the Biden presidency to put an end to their outrageous overreach. Boreing asserted President Biden, the federal government, social media, and the mainstream press collaborated to deprive Americans of their liberties in the name of public health.
The White House Persists
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit suspended Biden’s order on November 6 after receiving a slew of petitions that, in the court’s opinion, provide reasonable grounds to suspect the mandate contains major legislative and constitutional flaws.
Despite the federal court ruling, the White House has persisted in putting pressure on businesses to prepare for the new rule.
Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House’s principal deputy press secretary, issued an appeal to companies last week, urging them to comply with the directive, despite the current legal struggle.
Jean-Pierre stated individuals should not waste time waiting. Her statement continues, stating they believe businesses should not delay taking part in activities that will keep their workplaces safe.
Getting more people vaccinated is essential and critical, the White House claims, and delaying getting more individuals vaccinated will lead to more cases and illnesses.
